What is a BoomCupz speaker tumbler?
Boomcupz is a collection of insulated cups, bottles, and tumblers that include a detachable waterproof Bluetooth speaker. Available in various shapes and sizes, these cups can travel with you everywhere you go. Tired of leaving your cup or your speaker behind? Boomcupz prevents that from happening. Never leave your speaker behind and stay hydrated!
How can you sell your speaker tumblers at nearly the same price as a plain tumbler?

How do I clean my BoomCupz speaker tumbler?
Boomcupz are dishwasher safe once the speaker is removed. Although our speakers are IPX6 waterproof rated, dishwasher jets as well as dishwashing liquids and chemicals will damage the speaker itself overtime. The speaker can be rinsed with tap or spring water after contact with salt or sand. The cup portion may be placed in the dishwasher, however for the best longevity of your cup we suggest handwashing.
What is the waterproof rating?
Boomcupz have an IPX6 waterproof rating. This rating covers protection from dripping water, splashing water, and powerful water jets. Although speakers can be submerged in water, it will shorten the life span of the speaker and it is not recommended. The charging port must be closed to ensure the waterproof rating, if it is left open the speaker will be compromised.
Can I put boiling liquid in my Boomcupz?
Yes! Boomcupz are insulated for both hot and cold liquids. Please be advised that as with any container, the steam or carbonation will need to be released before placing the lid on the cup as too much steam or carbonation will cause the lid to dislodge.
How do I change my order?

How can i track my package ?

Why can't I untwist my speaker?
Boomcupz are made of stainless steel and while stainless steel has a significantly higher resistance than many other metals, it still expands and contracts when the temperature varies.
Boomcupz speakers fit securely and do not need to over tighten. Once you reaching the stopping point when connecting your speaker, you do not need to push it further. This will avoid problems when removing the speaker.

Turn on Bluetooth on the device you with your music. In your Bluetooth list look for the name:

Can I change the name of my speaker?
To change the name of your speaker, you must first be connected to your Boomcupz
Apple Settings – Bluetooth - Find your speaker - Click the i in the circle - Click on the name - Delete the current name and add what you would like!
Samsung Settings – Connections – Bluetooth – Click on setting wheel next to current speaker name – Rename - Delete the current name and give your cup its own name!
Why doesn’t my lid stay in place on my Coastal Cupz?
There a few factors that can affect the proper seating of the lid. New models often take a few uses for the rubber to settle into the cup. Also, the pressure from steam or carbonation can force the lid to dislodge. Please allow some time for the excess to dissipate before placing your lid on the cup.
Please ensure that the mouth piece is open on the Tiki Tumblerz, Coastal Cupz and Music Mugz when attaching the lid. This will allow the air pressure to escape and the lid to fall into place.
Will the cups fit into standard cup holders?
The Beach Vibez, Tiki Tumblerz, Sportz 350, and Sportz 550 fit most standard car cup holders. These models have the added benefit of fitting onto your bicycle cup holders as well. Lose the ear buds and stay safe while you ride!! Coastal Cups and Tiki Tumblerz also fit most standard cupholders, while the Music Mugz, with their slighter larger base, will only fit in larger cup holders.
Can I change my speaker color?
Speakers are currently interchangeable between the Coastal Cupz and Tiki Tumblerz models. Also, the Sportz 350 and 550 can interchange their speaker lids. Watch for additional options as our line expands!
Do the Sportz 350 and 550 have light control options?
Yes! The Sportz models have a speaker light in the handle, which by default is a multi-color light that syncs with your music. If you would like to change this setting:
1. Power on your Sportz 350 or 550. The speaker will announce 'powering on' and either 'in pairing mode' or already 'paired to your Bluetooth device.'
2. Press the power button once for each color change.
3. Choose: Solid white, solid red, solid green, solid blue, solid yellow, solid purple, or multi-color fast, multi-color slow fade or multi-color music sync.
