Refund policy

Returns:

Boomcupz has a 14-day return policy which begins the day you receive your product. If you would like to return your item, it must be in its original packaging, unused, undamaged and unaltered in any respect. Should the cup arrive not in its original condition, a fee will be assessed based on packaging and usage. 

Once the return label is received, it is valid for 14 days.  The product must be shipped within the 14 day time frame  to be  eligible for refund.

Items which have been personalized (including engraving, stickers or any other modifications) are not eligible for return. Sale, coupon/discounted, and gift card purchases are not eligible for returns. Proof of purchase must be included.

If your item is eligible for a return, a $4.99 restocking fee per cup will be applied. A label will be processed for you and sent to your email address on file. Once your return has been received and processed, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please note: Any promotions, discounts, or free gifts associated with your purchase will be void if the item is returned. 

If your item is no longer eligible for return but you would still like to return it you may contact customer care for help. The customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling for return service. For more information, please contact customer care at orders@boomcupz.com
